Carpathia will present various dances at the National Cherry Blossom Festival on the same day as the parade! The stage is located on the eastern side of the Tidal Basin, close to the Holocaust Memorial Museum and the Bureau of Engraving & Printing (signs will list it as the Tidal Basin Performance Stage). The festival is free!
